Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AppShotKit. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
AppShotKit generates App Store screenshot sets from app information and images you provide. Output is produced by AI models and is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- One person or organisation per account, unless agreed otherwise.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant us the licence needed to store your files and process them through our providers in order to generate your screenshots — nothing broader.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, and that it:
- does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark;
- does not contain unlawful material;
- does not contain other people's personal data without a basis to use it.
Generated output
Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the screenshots generated for you and may use them commercially, including on the App Store.
Because generative models can produce similar results for similar inputs, we cannot guarantee your output is unique. We also cannot guarantee it will pass App Store review — that is Apple's decision, not ours.
Tokens and payment
- Subscriptions provide a monthly token allowance.
- Generating concepts and final screenshots consumes tokens.
- Token packs may be purchased at any time.
- Plan tokens reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased pack tokens do not expire.
- Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax.

Acceptable use
You may not use AppShotKit to:
- generate material that infringes someone else's rights;
- impersonate another app, brand, or developer;
- produce misleading screenshots of functionality an app does not have;
- generate unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit material;
- circumvent token metering or rate limits;
- resell the service as your own without a written agreement.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section, and may withhold refunds where the breach is deliberate.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We depend on third-party providers, and their outages can become ours. Where a generation fails because of a fault on our side, the tokens it consumed are returned to your balance.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost downloads, or App Store review outcomes.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. You keep access to previously generated screenshots until you delete your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.
